JRH Imports Ltd is a small family run business importing high quality, low mileage, high specification, great value Japanese Used Vehicles.
The vehicles are in fantastic condition for their age partly due to the fact that the Japanese do not salt their roads and they use their cars less because of the high congestion, hence the lower mileage on Imports. Also the Japanese Shakken means that they tend to look after their cars more to keep costs down.
For those of you who are not aware the Japanese do drive on the same side of the road as the UK so the steering wheel is exactly where you would expect it to be!
The Japanese have many extras as standard in all their cars. When you buy an import you can expect a higher specification than a UK standard car eg

As you can expect from the likes of Toyota, Mitsubishi, Mazda, Nissan all cars are built to a high quality and diesel engines can go on forever (well nearly).
All of our cars are imported direct from Japan. We have a buyer living in Japan buying selectively on our behalf, so if we dont have the car of your dreams on our stock list we can source it for you in Japan. We will ask for a deposit for this service as there are people with dreams but dont have the money to fulfill them.
We dont believe in pressure selling so feel free to come and browse and when and if your ready come ask us whatever questions you like. We welcome any AA, RAC Inspections.
All vehicles are de-registered by the Japanese de-registration bureau. Before they can be re-registered in the UK they have to be checked by Interpol that they have not been stolen before the DVLA will register us with a UK age related number plate.
All of our cars come with a BIMTA certificate verifying their mileage.
Figures released by the vehicle provenance firm HPI show one in ten UK cars have mileage discrepancies. BIMTA believes it’s the same percentage for Japanese imports.That’s why it makes sense to carry out a mileage check on a vehicle before handing over any money if you buy a car with a BIMTA certificate then you know it has been checked.
Most imports are sold at auction in Japan. There is an opportunity for unscrupulous elements to alter speedo readings between the time a vehicle leaves the auction and goes on sale in the UK.
We offer after sales service for all of our customers and anyone fool hardy enough not to have bought their import from us.
